Importing and Syncing Content

There are two ways to load content into Guru. Imports are one-time, and the imported content is editable in Guru afterward. Syncs are recurring and read-only: Guru mirrors an external source, and running the sync again updates the content.

• Importing a .zip Directory: the .zip format that both imports and syncs use.
• Guru Manual Sync: sync external content into a read-only collection by uploading a structured .zip file.
• Sync Data to Guru with iPaaS: the same flow built in a tool like Zapier or Workato.
